The Mishi project comprises four claim groups totalling 13,120 acres in the Mishibishu greenstone belt in the Wawa area of Ontario. There are two producers and one past producer in this greenstone belt, most notably River Gold’s Eagle River Mine which has reserves of 1,200,000 tonnes averaging 10.0 g/t gold. Recent work around the mine has discovered bonanza grade gold mineralization (146 g/t Au over 4.7 m and 50 g/t over 2.3 m). . The other two operations are the former producing Magnacon mine and the producing Mishi pit. There is good infrastructure and support in Wawa and an operating mill is less than 25 km from all the properties.

TRELAWNEY has staked highly prospective ground that lies only about 400 metres from a producing mine and that straddles the Mishibishu Lake Deformation Zone (MLDZ). Our Macassa block covers the area to the north in the hanging-wall direction, and to the south in the foot-wall direction, of the Magnacon-Mishi Gold Deposits.
There are a number of showings on our claims and sampling has returned values of up to 108.3 g/t gold.
Since the last gold “boom” there has been significant technological advances in the geophysical and geochemical field. Deeper and more subtle anomalies can now be detected and prioritized. An aggressive exploration program using the most modern techniques has been designed to test this ground
